Warranty, Returns, Exchanges, Products, CONDITION & Orders

Item Condition 


Here at RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc., we are in the business of salvaging & offering high-quality, preowned products and materials to our customers at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new and passing the savings on to you. At RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc., each of our offerings are sourced directly from our deconstruction projects or directly through donations by private parties and as such, may include minor imperfections & blemishes commensurate with the age and use of the item being offered. All commercially viable efforts will be made by RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. to clearly state and describe the condition of all reclaimed offerings sold by RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. 


Product Holds 


RE.VOLVS is happy to offer a product hold for in-stock / in-store item(s) selected by the customer for a maximum of 1 business day. All items requested to be placed on hold by the customer will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price. Items purchased which are not picked up by the customer will be returned to inventory and the deposit will be forfeited by the customer. 


Returns 


All products sold by RE.VOLVS are offered at a significant savings to our customers and are sold in "As-Is" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL with no refunds, returns, or exchanges offered to the purchaser. 


Exchanges (Including Appliances, HVAC, Plumbing, Electronics, etc.) 


RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. does not guarantee and/or offer any warranties on these products. Should purchaser experience a performance issue with consumer appliances, HVAC, plumbing systems, or home audio / video products or electronics, at their discretion RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. offers a 30-day warranty period for the specified items from the original date of purchase of specified items. Should the purchaser experience an issue in the performance of these items within the 30-day period, RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. at their discretion will provide an exchange for a replacement item of equal value and as available in our current inventory. Should it be deemed by RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. that an item in question was a direct result of the purchasers misuse, improper installation, improper transportation, or direct action and / or damage of the purchased item(s) by the purchaser the implied 30-day warranty will be deemed null and void at the direct discretion of RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc.


Should a replacement item not be available at the time of exchange, RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. will at their discretion issue a store credit to the purchaser in the amount of the original item(s) purchase price to be used towards a future purchase by the purchaser. 


To initiate a request for exchange, please send your request and product / purchase information to info@revolvs.com for review by a team member. All exchanges require authorization from RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. and will not be accepted without prior approval. 


Online Order Pick Up & Item Forfeitures 


For any order placed online for in-store pick up items purchased must be picked up by the customer within 3 business days of order receipt. Should customer items ordered not be picked up within 3 business days every commercially reasonable effort will be made by RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. to contact the customer to make alternative pick-up arrangements within a reasonable and specified timeframe. For items not picked up by the customer RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. reserves the right to bill the customer $50 per business day for storage of the purchased items until items are picked up by the customer. 


For any products ordered and not picked up by the customer within 90 days of the original order date, customers forfeit all rights and title to the items purchased. Said items will be forfeited by the customer and will exclude any customer right to a refund of the original purchase amount covering the costs of storage incurred by RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. For any and all forfeited items, RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. will assume title and reserves the right to re-list and offer forfeited products for sale to the general public without any recourse by the customer. Order placement by the customer on the RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. website implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 


Warranty & Liability 


RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. does not warranty, nor do we guarantee, any products purchased in-store or online. All liability for any damage, product performance, failure(s), or secondary incidents caused by an item sold by RE.VOLVS Salvage, Inc. or installation by the customer are the sole responsibility and liability of the customer immediately from the time of purchase.
